I recently came across this old video from Australian comedy trio Tripod (who are pretty much the Flight of the Conchords of Australia), which is a bit of a geeky serenade.

Funny thing is, I first heard this before I met my partner – back then, I found this funny in a “man, I hope that doesn’t really happen” kind of way. Now, watching this as the person on the other end of these “romantic” exchanges, it’s funny in an entirely new way… Like, in an “oh gosh, it happens, it really happens” kind of way….

Kidding.

Anywho, it’s rather funny.
